Mars Venus Coaching, Success Coach Ed has more than 30 years experience in human resource management in Australia and overseas. His clients have included amongst others; BHP, Rinker Materials, British Steel Corporation, Woodside Energy, Shell, Rio Tinto, Alcoa, CSR Construction Materials, John Holland, and BGC Contracting.

Ed believes that the Mars Venus Coaching system is the most powerful on the planet to help business owners and others realize lasting success. Among other benefits, the Mars Venus Coaching system provides people with simple and pragmatic tools to improve their interpersonal relationships. “Establishing and maintaining healthy relationships is a fundamental life skill”, Ed says.

Ed’s experience includes implementing performance management systems, transformational leadership and supervision training, personal performance enhancement, quality management, change management, interpersonal communication training, occupational health and safety systems, software systems implementation, relationship-based contracting, team building, training and coaching.

He has read extensively on the causes of outstanding success, the power of the subconscious mind, and its dramatic role in determining human performance at work and in life. Ed has employed this learning as both an employee as well as in his own consulting business, Communication Matters, since 1999.

As a result, he has learned that many individuals and businesses are capable of achieving much more than they are actually achieving right now because;

- Many employees have more to offer their employers than they are presently delivering,
- Many managers have little or no idea of the personal aspirations and expectations of their employees and are therefore, not engaging the “hearts and minds” of their employees while at work,
